ASTRAIOS project partners will be participating and exhibiting at Space-Comm Expo Scotland, taking place on September 11 and 12 at the Scottish Events Campus (SEC), Glasglow.
On September 11, Our partners from the Space Skills Alliance are keynote speakers within the session on “Navigating the Future – Skill Development and Educational Outreach”. This panel will explore the critical need for developing a skilled and diverse future workforce to support the rapidly evolving space industry. It will provide an overview of current skill gaps, strategies to align educational outputs with the industry needs, government initiatives and impact of policies on workforce readiness. It aims to generate actionable insights and foster collaborations that will pave the way for the next generation of space professionals, ensuring the industry can meet future challenges and continue to innovate.
Additionally, our partners from the University of Strathclyde Glasgow are exhibiting and have a dedicated booth throughout the whole event at hall 2. You may visit the booth, network with our partners and grab ASTRAIOS brochures and flyers.
Space-Comm Expo Scotland is supported by the Scottish Government, UK Space Agency, UKspace, Scottish Enterprise, South of Scotland Enterprise, Highlands and Islands Enterprise and Space Scotland with plans to attract international delegations and visitors from across Europe and the global space community, alongside Primes, SMEs and Start-Ups.
Space-Comm Expo Scotland will follow the award-winning format of previous events with Scottish based companies to the fore alongside international exhibitors, product demonstrations, keynote speakers, multiple conference theatres, roundtables and 1-2-1 networking opportunities.
