ASTRAIOS Participates in the Space Technologies and Applications Interest Group meeting at the 14th EASN International Conference

A formal gathering of the Interest Group on “Space technologies and applications” within the EASN Association was held on October 9, 2024, aside of the 14th EASN International Conference on "Innovation in Aviation & Space towards sustainability today & tomorrow", in Thessaloniki, Greece. In the frame of this gathering, an open discussion took place on space education issues, and ASTRAIOS partner Dr. Panagiotis Partsinevelos from the Technical University of Crete presented the project to the attendees. Following the presentation, an insightful discussion and exchange took place where ideas and experiences were shared in the space education domain.

The conference, attended by more than 500 scientists and researchers from all over the world, offered a great platform for ASTRAIOS to present their latest outputs, progress and achievements. Dr. Partsinevelos gave a presentation and shared the ASTRAIOS foremost progress and outcomes to date during the 14th EASN International conference within the dedicated session on European Policy Actions in the Field of Aviation & Space.

We are pleased to have communicated about the ASTRAIOS project with the wide range of stakeholders attending this significant event and we look forward to continuing our efforts to spread the news about our project and its main achievements.
